Chia Seed Pudding
¼ cup Chia Seeds1 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
½ mashed banana
1 TBSP nut butter
Cinnamon to taste
Combine the mixture and let stand for 15 minutes, give it a stir and let stand for an additional 10 minutes. You will notice the Chia Seeds start to form a gel. Enjoy!
